Utah vault notes: Kylee does a nice job on her 9.80 valued vault. Gritt Hofmann keeps her streak intact with another good vault. Veronique Leclerc came off the table a little low but otherwise looked great. Kristen Riffanacht looked great in the air. I couldn't see her landing but the team is pumped. Melissa Vituj had another great vault. Annabeth Eberle is big and perfectly straight in the air and sticks her landing. I think she deserved a higher score.

Utah bar notes: Kristen Riffanacht starts things off well for Utah with her only noticeable error a slight split of her legs on the top bar. Annabeth Eberle got too close to the bar on her Tkatchev and hit her foot but recovered for a nice routine. I didn't see anything wrong with Veronique Leclerc's routine and the judges didn't find much either! Career high for V. Melissa Vituj looked clean throughout and stuck her dismount. Kim Allan's high flying, big trick routine draws cheers. Theresa Kulikowski deserved a 10.0 from this seat. Linda Hamilton concurs! There was not a single error.

Utah beam notes: Kylee Wagner walks through her routine with just a small lean out of her second flick flack and a tiny side step on the dismount. Country Kim Allan did a balancing act near the end to hit her routine. Gritt Hofmann is winning hearts. Ute fans cheer for another nice routine with just a couple of little bobbles but mostly beauty. Only a balance check kept Annabeth Eberle from testing out a 10.0 on beam. Theresa Kulikowski was absolutely phenomenal. Period. Melissa Vituj's series was worth singing about. And she kept it up through the whole routine and stuck the dismount solid. Once the judges got the start value right after Utah's inquiry, she tied her career high.

Utah floor notes: Natalie Nicoloff opens Utah's floor with a really nice routine that one judge didn't like for some reason. She received a 9.85 from one judge and a 9.65 from the other. Kylee Wagner got dinged super hard for going out of bounds coming off her double back. Veronique Leclerc was clean other than a small step on her second pass. She had a very nice piked double back. Kristen Riffanacht is power under control with great dance. This was a good one! Annabeth Eberle showed incredible tumbling and beautiful dance. This was a hard routine to find a deduction. Melissa Vituj had a lot to smile about on this routine. She was right on.
