Becky Tutka stuck her chest out on her landing before holding it for a stick after a nice vault. I missed Mary Beth Lofgren's vault. Nansy Damianova windmilled on her landing, although she did not step out of it. Kailah Delaney's vault was flat out gorgeous. It was higher and farther than anyone's all night and she stuck the landing. Tory Wilson got a 9.90 from one judge, which I thought was what she would get from the other two, but no such luck. Georgia Dabritz ended a beautiful vault with a little air on her landing. Seemed like the Utes had trouble with the bounce of the mat.MICHIGAN UCLA UTAH BARS BARS BARS Sachi Sugiyama 9.900 Danusia Francis 9.850 Breanna Hughes 9.900 Nicole Artz 9.875 Sydney Sawa 9.850 Tory Wilson 9.825 Shelby Geis 9.875 Hallie Mossett 9.825 Hailee Hansen 9.075 Austin Sheppard 9.900 Olivia Courtney 9.800 Corrie Lothrop 9.850 Joanna Sampson 9.875 Sophina DeJesus 9.925 Nansy Damianova 9.900 Natalie Beilstein 9.875 Sam Peszek 9.875 Georgia Dabritz 9.950 UB: 49.425; Running: 98.900 UB: 49.300; Running: 197.475 UB: 49.425; Running: 49.425 Utah bar notes: Breanna Hughes was on that one from start to finish. Nice flow, nice handstands, really high dismount and stick. Career high. Tory Wilson went sky high on her release moves, not quite straight on one handstand, maybe a little loose halfway through. Nice dismount. Hailee Hansen fell on the same move as last week I believe. Corrie Lothrop showed no nerves following the fall. Nice clean routine. Hard to tell Nansy Damianova couldn't even travel with the team yesterday because she was so sick. This routine was beauty. Great handstands and movement between the bars. Stuck the dismount. That was a classic Georgia Dabritz masterpiece. She just floats through her routines. Nailed the dismount. I couldn't tell you where the small deduction came from, she was so smooth.

She pretty much hit everything cleanly until a hop on her dismount. Becky Tutka wasn't quite as sharp as last week, with a balance check coming out of her flight series. Tory Wilson had a sweet routine going before she fell on a leap. Frankly, all I saw wrong with Kailah's gorgeous routine was a medium balance check pretty early on. I must have missed another mistake. Mary Beth Lofgren missed a connection after a forward flight pass, but went back and did a re-do! She nailed that one, but I think maybe one judge or both judges didn't give her the full 10.0 start value. Corrie Lothrop nailed that routine. Sharp on everything. Held her landing long enough for a stick.

Lia Del Priore had a great routine going before a big step out of bounds on her final tumbling pass. She was headed for a huge score before then. Tory Wilson absolutely put on a clinic for double layouts. She was rewarded for her high flying acrobatics by the judges. Becky Tutka really turned it on in this high pressure atmosphere. Her tumbling was exceptionally clean and she had a lot of bounce. Sorry Ute fans that you haven't seen the 10.0 fly at home that Georgia Dabritz has received so often ... but, she got it here! No one hits a triple twist like Georgia. Sweet routine. One judge rewarded Nansy Damianova with a 9.95, which was minimum how I saw it. Honestly, this routine looked perfect to me. She was a last minute add to the lineup after missing the team flight yesterday due to a stomach bug. She didn't miss a beat!
